U Tours, LLC makes no representations,
warranties or guarantees regarding the acceptance and admission of
any student to any college or university part of any tours. Furthermore,
all participation by any student in any tour is subject to the rules
and conditions in the application.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Payments may be made by check, money order and most credit cards
accepted. Please make checks payable to U. Tours LLC. A PAYMENT FORM must be
filled out and submitted to U.Tours prior to the listed deadline dates.
REGISTRATION
Any student wishing to attend a U.Tours trip, must completely fill
out ALL REQUIRED FORMS, print out and sign the documents, and submit completed
forms WITH PAYMENT by the deadline date noted in the itinerary days prior to
the scheduled tour.
Any student parent or guardian who wishes to attend a U.Tours trip must completely
fill out the PARENT/GUARDIAN REGISTRATION FORM, print out and sign the document,
and submit completed form by the deadline date noted in the itinerary.
U. Tours LLC reserves the right to refuse the application of a student parent
or guardian.
In the absence of original signatures, faxed and electronically received signatures
(and initials) are considered binding.
It is forbidden to bring alcohol, any illegal object or substance, unauthorized
prescription drugs, or any type of weapon (or anything that can be construed
as such) on a U. Tours program, including but not limited to, any type of gun
or knife, mace, or any object whose primary purpose is to cause harm. Anyone
found doing so, as well as anyone who intentionally behaves in an intimidating
fashion to another participant, will be immediately expelled from the program,
and the proper authorities will be notified. Smoking cigarettes in any smoke-free
environment (including but not limited to buses and hotels) may be cause for
dismissal from program.
STUDENT MEDICAL INFORMATION
Students wishing to attend a U.Tours trip, must completely fill out the STUDENT
MEDICAL INFORMATION FORM , print out and sign the document, and submit completed
form by the deadline date noted in the itinerary.
SAFETY CONCERNS
Students will travel in comfort in a newer chartered bus. Buses
are air conditioned and include a lavoratory and DVD player. Hotels are chosen
based on location, cleanliness, and published rating information. Students are
given assigned hotel rooms, and will not be allowed to leave the room for any
reason (barring emergency) from 12:00 am-6:00 am. Security personnel will be
stationed in hallways to prevent students from leaving their rooms during this
time. Additionally, U. Tours chaperones reserve the right to inspect rooms and
luggage at any time for illegal or unauthorized substances.
U.TOURS STAFF
One adult chaperone will be assigned for every 10 students. Most chaperones are
educators. Criminal checks and references are mandatory for all U. Tours employees.
